I'll try to be as objective as possible.
I'm not a snorer, and I don't have a prescription, so I'm not able to give my own personal opinion about products I recommend. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and I've been using a combination of snoring and breathing exercises to help me sleep. Most of my products are either homeopathic or homeopathic nasal sprays, and they have not been found to help me snore. Most of the snoring products I've read about are homeopathic. The other day, an online forum member posted the following about his nasal spray: I've been using this nasal spray for years and I can't sleep without it. I was having a hard time getting up in the morning, so I took it off to check out the website, and it didn't have a single mention of snoring, only "sleep apnea treatment." I am now going to see a doctor about it. How are these products effective? Reply Delete It doesn't help, and that's the problem. Snoring is caused by breathing through the nose. The mouth and throat are not responsible for snoring. The breathing is caused by a problem of the brainstem. When the brainstem goes awry and becomes hyperactive, this is the problem that causes snoring.
