The most common question is whether to use a supplement, or if you can just eat more food. There are many answers to this question, which I will briefly review here: A) Eat less, and keep doing it. Some people believe that it is best to eat less and do the same thing all day long. There are no studies that show that this is the case. It is better to have a smaller diet, since you can do more things. B) Eat more, but not a lot. I recommend taking more than 20-25 grams of dietary supplements. This way you are getting all the nutrients and your body will be able to use them all the time. C) Make a list of all your supplements and their effectiveness. D) Make sure that all your supplements are made in the USA and have all of their ingredients listed. This is very important if you are going to send supplements out to countries where we don't have the same laws or regulations. E) Make sure to get your supplements from reputable companies and get it certified by a good lab. F) Buy vitamins that you have had the best experience with. I'm always getting great results with the "Natural" brand and my personal favorite is the Natural Vitamin A. The best part about "Natural" vitamin A is that it has been tested by the FDA and FDA approved.
