I am trying to give a recommendation to all you who want more health. If you are not sure, try some products for yourself. If you don't feel a difference, and you are happy with your current products, you can go back and check out your alternatives and then buy products that give you more health.
I started writing this because I had heard so many conflicting advice. And the information was conflicting. I was really concerned that many people were getting the wrong advice. I tried to write as unbiased as possible. This list is a place where you can see all the research that has been done on the products that are used to treat health issues. I am not a medical doctor, I'm not a nutritionist, and I'm not an acupuncturist. I'm just a guy with a hobby who just wants to make health better.
When you read this list, you are learning about the best ways to buy products to treat health problems. Many of these products have multiple ingredients. Many other people can buy products that are a mix of different ingredients. I'm just not interested in this because it's a bit confusing.
